Description

Our client, a critical access hospital in Western New Mexico, is seeking a Permanent Director of Care Management to join their team. To be considered, candidates must have 5 years of case management experience in an acute care hospital setting. A BSN, rural healthcare experience and previous leadership experience are highly preferred. The selected candidate will be rewarded with a generous base salary, Relocation assistance, and excellent benefits package.
