  • 4 – 6 patients per 8-hour day, 6 – 8 patients on long days
  • Based within family medicine clinic
  • WI License Required
  • Support staff includes onsite MD, 2 LCSW, and 1 RN
  • Clinic staffed with 2 MDs and 6 APCs
  • Children and adult services with psychiatric med management
