My client, a Critical Access Hospital in Eastern Idaho has an opening for a Permanent Onsite Director of Patient Financial Services to join their team. They are seeking a PFS Director that has 5 years PFS leadership experience ideally within a Critical Access/Rural Health organization. A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred too along with working knowledge and experience with EPIC. The Director will report up to the CFO. This is a family-friendly area that offers tons of outdoor activities and is very close to ski resorts. The selected candidate will receive a generous base salary, sign-on bonus, and benefits package.
