Quick Facts

  • Shifts from 9 am – 9 am or 9 am – 9 pm with 1 – 4 shifts per month
  • 6 – 7 patients in a 24 hour period with low volume but high acuity
  • Hospital setting
  • Responsible for H&P and admissions after 4 pm
  • Required certifications: ATLS, PALS, and ACLS
  • Required skills: laceration repair and splinting
  • Preferred skills: ultrasound, intubation, central lines, chest tubes
  • Ongoing coverage potential
