Quick Facts

  • 24-hour call coverage, 10 days per month, Thursday 7am – Tuesday 7am
  • Daily census: 2 – 6 Level 1 nursery, 0 – 1 Level 2 nursery, 0 – 3 pediatric floor
  • Hospital-based care with Level 1 and Level 2 nursery capabilities
  • Pediatric PA assists with rounding and notes
  • EMR: Epic
  • Skills include resuscitation, circumcisions, and umbilical catheterization
  • Ongoing coverage needs for Q3 and Q4
  • Level 2 nursery accepts patients down to 32 weeks gestation
