Description

Our client, located in Kern County, CA is looking to add multiple Nurse Practitioners to their team. The NP will be providing acute and chronic care to patients being held in a detention center. One year of Nurse Practitioner experience and experience with corrections is preferred but not required.

Located in the Mojave Desert of Southern California, this is one of the state’s largest cities by land area. Known for its wide-open spaces and desert landscapes, it was originally planned to be a sprawling community but remains sparsely populated. The city offers a quiet, rural atmosphere with opportunities for outdoor activities like hiking and off-roading. Despite its small population, this area is steadily growing and developing its infrastructure.
