My client, a Critical Access Hospital in Southwestern Kansas is seeking a Permanent Onsite Risk Manager/Quality Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a nurse with Critical Access experience overseeing Risk and Quality. The hiring leaders will consider Non-RN's as long as the candidate has a clinical background. The position will report up to both the CEO & CNO. Enjoy all 4 seasons in this beautiful part of rural Kansas. The position offers a generous compensation package including base salary, sign-on bonus, and benefits.
