Scheduled 7 am – 5 pm shifts Monday–Friday with call responsibilities
5 – 8 patient encounters per shift
Surgery residents in-house for support — must be available for emergencies
Nights and weekends are beeper call
Weekend rounding duties required
Coverage needed 1 – 2 weeks per month
