Rounding shifts 7:30 am – 5:30 pm and overnight shifts 8 pm – 8 am
Closed ICU with dedicated intensivist coverage
No procedures required — routine hospitalist care only
One orientation day and shadow shift required
Long-term ongoing commitment
Holiday coverage required
